Would a round trip be twice as long as infinite? 🤔
The road they’re on is not a true Mobius strip, so they’re literally just driving in a circle.
Yeah, I think I messed up the shading somehow. Can’t put my finger on it. 😓
It’s ok. It’s still a very good comic. I don’t draw, because I am too ambitious and I get easily discouraged when the things on the paper don’t look like the things in my head and I quit trying. So at least you’re trying. I hope my original comment wasn’t hurtful; I was more poking fun at the characters not realizing they were driving in a circle than I was at your art anyway.
Hurtfull? Nah, I’ve gotten far worse comments over the past five years. 🫷😄
Anyway, I rarely draw technical (or mathematical) stuff, so this was a bit of a odd challenge. ☺️
Word up then, G.
And really every drawing is a mathematical miracle, so don’t be so hard on yourself.
Makes it a double joke though, since they’re on the wrong strip after all. 😄
Love the comic.
Yeah, artist needs to rectify the left twist.
The left twist? I feel I f-ed up the middle twist. 😐
Yeah, didn’t really think of it as a twist, but you’re right, also that! It’s just a clusterfuck!
Until the car runs out of gasoline…
… right?
Reminded me of a character in one of Niven’s Ringworld books, whose pledged his life to journey to The Arch. The Arch being the perspective of the Ringworld rising from the horizon as seen from the surface, and not something reachable.
i want to get off mr. mobius’ wild ride

i want to get off mr. mobius’ wild ride
i want to get off mr. mobius’ wild rideI’m not seeing a twist in that road.
I swear it was there when I drew the strip based of a photo. However, after I added trees and shading, the effect disappeared. 😕
