Supreme Court stays out of fight over transgender student bathroom access

The Metropolitan School District of Martinsville, Indiana, had asked the Supreme Court to conclude that it is not required to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms of their choosing.

The SCOTUS needs to take this or a case like it.

Why do we separate bathrooms at all, just have full private stalls and a common area for the wash area.
