Open Sustainable Technology’s mission is to gather projects that preserve natural ecosystems through open technology, methods, data, intelligence, knowledge or tools.

You may want to take a look at ReFi (RegeneratkveFinance). It is a branch of blockchain technology that focuses on incentivising sustainable projects.
Why would you do this instead of just accepting donations?
It’s more than a project that would need donations. ReFi is trying to integrate the environment and natural resources into the regular market. From an economic perspective this is a huge achievement.
