I fell out with a friend, who has a physics bachelor degree over if Einstein was a socialist or not; he was utterly convinced he wasnt, to the point he started berating me; he literally stormed out of the resturaunt we where both eating a meal in after I told him to just google it. He told me his teacher told him that Einstein, was in fact not a socialist.
He went down a fash pipeline over COVID lockdown unsuprisingly; he messaged me the next day conceeding that Einstein was in fact, a socialist, but I was still wrong.

The English language is awful at essentially a person to be wrong rather than misunderstand a certain fact. Furthermore the concept of the word wrong has two meanings. One is immorality in general and the other is falsehood in particular. Whenever someone says to someone else “you are wrong”, it oversimplifies a conversation in the most anti-intellectual framework possible.
Unsuprisingly I was ‘wrong’ because einstein is Jewish, and an academic, and as such jewish academia is suspect and so is socialism.
