      Thanks! I always do the same thing, I take 1 cup beans (in this case chickpeas) dry and 3 cups water and pressure cook them for 1 hour and let it natural release. I then put the instant pot into saute mode for 30 minutes on low and add stuff and let it simmer til done. This time I added carrots, celery, onions, red pepper paste, tomato paste, italian seasoning, nutritional yeast and chopped cooked potatoes. I served with rice.

          Except that literally just means potato cauliflower and this isn’t even a masala gravy/curry based on the description I wrote on this exact page. I get it though you don’t know anything about Indian food or Hindi. It doesn’t remind me of Aloo Gobi at all except that it contains some Aloo but none of the other ingredients.

    When people post pics like this with the rice separate from the rest of the dish, is that just for the pic? Because if I’m having rice with anything remotely saucy, you better believe it’s all getting mixed up.

    BTW, that looks tasty!
