Air fryers underrated in my opinion.We use ours every day. The only bad thing about it is having to wash the drawers all the time.
I feel that. I’ve been tempted to get silicone trays that you can wash and reuse but I dunno how they affect the cooking.
A good quality one shouldn’t affect it. I don’t have an air fryer but use silicone mats in my oven. Low quality ones will affect taste and smell a bit but good ones don’t mess with food at all
