I vote they put a lemmy helicopter pad there, for bicycle tricks to be preformed on, with a bee hotel on the edge.
As long as they raise it above flood level! :)
I’m more interested in some karage chicken from that Japanese place. Though something tells me their self-description as a “fine” dining place is optimistic.

To give some context, to the right of the image, and not in frame, is where the McDonalds and cinema used to be.
