Now if only they could fix the dumb cash grab that is significant story changes, and splitting the game into a trilogy.

And before anybody tries to tell me the world couldn’t be done in a modern way without cutting things, there are tons of modern games that have massive stories, and world’s, assassins creed, and the horizon games come to mind.

Yawn, get over it, a small minority have cried about this for ages, and should play the original and enjoy it since that’s what they want to play.

Everyone else is enjoying this, a LOT, I can’t wait for it and whatever changes they’ve implemented. If you want the old it’s still there, have at it.

I’m allowed to have an opinion how they remake the game. What a stupid response.

I don’t care if they change the battle, or even add more content to the game. But adding the whispers and the dumb, fate thing, as well as introducing sephiroth into the game like 15 minutes in really screws with the flow of the story. Not to mention the reveal that sephiroth, not Shinra is the real threat in the game is kind of ruined now. He was also introduced with no context whatsoever.

As for this being a minority opinion, it’s not.

If you’re that unhappy, find a better way to spend your time than reading about a game you don’t like and getting frustrated.

If you can’t find a better thing to do than focus on one tiny little remaster of a game which still exists and can be played and vent negativity onto it, projecting a minority opinion as fact, , then that’s a real real shame for you. What a terrible way to waste your own time.

There should still be subcategories, such as “Dynamic Easy”, “Dynamic Medium” and “Dynamic Hard”.

Like say for example “Normal” is extremely easy to me, so I select “Dynamic”. That scales the difficulty high enough that I take a very long time to advance. But while I like a challenge, I do not want to take forever to advance. So in that case, “Dynamic Easy” would be an ideal option.
