As per a Junge Welt article on the same arrest warrant, the German prosecution called the accused and informed them of the impending arrest warrant. Not only that but they escaped a war zone into another country, with weaponry, hired a yacht in Germany, stocked it with said weaponry, sailed all the way out to the pipeline, again WITH EXPLOSIVES ON BOARD, were somehow not stopped by the coast guards or the army patrolling an important sea between Europe and Russia, and managed to blow up a pipeline. Sure thing.
