Hi my parents took me to a psychiatric but did not say anything about adhd. I did not know what the process was, so I didn’t ask them for that diagnosis. They did give me anti depressants but I stopped going after 3 sessions cause i didn’t feel like it was going anywhere. Do you think i should go back and ask for a diagnosis?
