    There’s simply a lot going on and an enormous amount of reporting. And most of it is unpleasant. So I’ve reduced my consumption of news - in reality, I still hear, see, read more than 30-40 years ago, you just can’t escape the news. Besides, I don’t have to hear every limp vomit, brainburp, fart or lukewarm ejaculate that erupts from Trumps mouth.

    I found the most crucial part in avoid stress from reading the news is to stay away from the comment sections.

      Same. And I think it’s not just because of bots or trolls. It’s also because of people that share your opinion. I seriously underestimated the echo chamber effect. Makes real life interactions that involve politics unbearable.
