Hi there, I’m new to Jellyfin (fresh from Kodi!), and trying to setup my library without reorganizing my media folder.
I was wondering if there’s a way to exclude specific subfolders from being scanned for a particular library (without adding .ignore files), while not ignoring the subfolder in a different library . E.g. scan in the movie library, but ignore in the shows library.

Do you have movies and shows all in the same folder?
Kind of. It’s all one big Downloads folder, but I have shows in a subfolder. I am in the process of setting up Sonar 🫡
I’d just seperate folders with movies and shows, that should make what you want do pretty easy. With Sonarr and Radarr seperating the folders is very easy to do.
