    They accelerate faster. But they lack the top speed of a lot of more pedestrian cars.

      But honestly, if talking generally not even about tesla, acceleration is really the only thing that you can even use. Cant really use top speed anywhere.

      Edit: after looking at the stats i thibk youll find that teslas offer a very much satisfactory top speeds compared to “pedestrian cars”.

      Model X: 250-262km/h
      Model 3: 233-261km/h
      Model S: 250-322km/h
      

      Compared to:

      Bmw x5: 209-285km/h
      Honda CR-V: 189-185km/h
      Škoda Kodiaq: 198-231km/h
      Audi A6: 209-250km/h
      Volvo S60: 189-230km/h
      Bmw 5 series: 209-250km/h
      Porsche 911: 293-330km/h
      

      So actually, thats not the case at all. But i want to mention again, that i hate Elon and everything he stands for. Do not buy a tesla. I just like facts.
