That’s a great point, I hadn’t even noticed the absence of UV degradation until you mentioned it. It likely hasn’t seen an undrawn curtain for most of it’s existence

Woah, a CD tray you’re right! I was imagining it slot loaded like a Wii, but I reckon that wasn’t around or too expensive hah. Shame about the missing bits
I noticed it because in the article there is a photo of the previous known Playstation and has something that this one is missing at the front.
Sick, this is a genuinely cool piece of hardware history I wish we had a chance to explore more.

This is, at least for me, the holy grail of videogames relics.
