I’m still not quite sure what the hell one lumen is based on but it’s not a particularly bright thing. What OP appears to have there is a “Night Sun” light normally fitted to police helicopters and search and rescue craft.

200 lumens isn’t really that bright. I’m still not quite sure what the hell one lumen is based on but it’s not a particularly bright thing.
