    How can this be constitutional? This is a huge governmental intrusion into the personal lives of these personnel. I understand what the concern is, but I’ve never seen such an attempt to rule over the personal lives of employees.

      Of course it’s unconstitutional, but because nobody in charge of our government has any sense of common decency, they’ll force it through the court, like a sieve, and, eventually, even when the courts will against them, they’ll do what they want anyway, because nobody has the balls to get up and actually stop them.
