They don’t really differ. In a dream I’m basically simulating everything I’d feel when awake and having sex. I can’t really tell it’s fake since it all feels so real in my dream. I always wake up a little wet after a sex dream which is the only thing that differs since during real sex I tend to be much more wet from multiple orgasms and hours of play.
