I don’t know if this can be what you are looking for, but mailbox.org has a videoconferencing tool, among the rest of their services. You’ll need a paid account though.

There are many self hosted ones if you wanna look into that, I so want Canadians to get off of the US video conference services however getting people to adopt it is another thing altogether.
