So does this make interstate food shipping as complicated as I’m thinking it would?
Probably.
I’d worry much more about letting such kakistocratic state governments as those of Texas, Florida, and Mississippi be the final arbiters of what’s too poisonous for tens of millions of people to unknowingly ingest, though…
