Because there have not been reports of Indian working in factories in Russia or them being captured at the front lines. The involvement of india and everybody else (what ever that mean) is not comparable to that of China, but I’m not sure what your point is.
Im just saying that EU is also partly responsible for the russia-ukraine war, all those years buying cheap russian oil and gas has enabled russia to create a formidable army

They are also buying a lot of oil from Russia, China doesn’t want to risk it’s business in the west but ideologically it is aligned with Russia.
