There wasn’t any catastrophic failures that I remember. The version I remember is that it was meant to be a quiet way to have a moving elevated guard post. It wasn’t quiet.

IIRC they found that it wasn’t viable for the role it was designed for. There wasn’t any catastrophic failures that I remember.
