I don’t think he is, but since I’ve been abstaining from kitchen usage (except to occasionally microwave), I don’t really see his face much at all anymore. That’s a plus. Once I actually get a job (whenever the fuck that may be), I’ll make it a priority to find somewhere else to go.
I hope you find one quick enough. I used to wander around aimlessly in the streets or spend all day at libraries when I had roomates like that. I took whatever job I could but it took so long. One time I got the landlord to move me to another apartment. I stopped going through consultants after a few bad experiences and find it safer to look through some local community website while looking for roomates because they are sometimes picky and you can talk to them and usually finding the roomates part is not managed by the landlords on those websites. They are kind of cheaper too.
