If we’re being real everyone does use GSF, custom rom users make up less than a tenth of a percent of android users worldwide, and the amount of people not using GSF on a custom rom is probably even less than that.
Also besides the point but one could argue being Firefox based on android would protect the user less given some of Gecko’s insecurities compared to Blink.
