I feel that the Pentagon entirely failed to defend against the Kremlin’s meme warfare / hybrid warfare / psychological warfare.
Further, that the entire population has abandoned their civic duty to intellectually defend, instead people have readily consumed the Cambridge Analtyica payloads and adopted the out-group hate patterns conditioned in those 5,000 fiction storytelling patterns.
