You are much more than simply what value other people determine for you. You are your own person with intrinsic value completely separate from the opinions/cares of others. You are doing yourself an injustice if you are dismissing your own value to yourself. No one can take the value you have to yourself away from you, only you can do that. Don’t do that to yourself. Recognize your own value!
