          I stopped doing it for some reason, but when I lived in another home I used to keep all my windows open at all times, just slept with the ceiling fan. I was doing it with the purpose of keeping CO2 levels low because I knew of the effect it had on cognition. That was during lockdown and college was online at the time, so I feel like it may have made a difference in helping me stay on top of things while doing online learning. At least there was a placebo effect from knowing I was doing something that would give me a leg up.

      Yeah, and indoor air circulation isn’t getting any better. As atmospheric concentrations increase, indoor concentrations will also increase many times over.
