What the fuck Texas, didn’t even know you still had that banned.
You’ll find all sorts of absurd state laws on the books all over the country, often as soon as something changes federally, they’re just forgotten about and never changed.
This was the law that was challenged in Lawrence v. Texas that had the Supreme Court overturn such laws nationally in 2003
