Wrong, you need a safety officer to conduct a risk assessment, the company doctor to clear the ergonomics, the safety delegate supervises ladder stability and the Berufsgenossenschaft approves the bulb type. Only then in accordance with DGUV Regulation 203-005 may the light bulb be safely and efficently be screwed in by a Polish man.

A Polish man who then does not observe any of these rules as his German supervisor is neither telling him about them, nor providing the mandatory safety equipment.

If something goes wrong, before calling emergency services, the safety equipment will be brought and thrown next to the wounded worker. Only then emergency services will be called.
