The writing was so damn bad. When, one fucking time, did TWoT ever use the phrase, “Bend the knee,”? Did it!? Am i mistaken? That pissed me off so fucking bad, and then it just kept being said.

So many changes were made, it stopped even being the same story at the end of season 1, sorta passable, but then completely off the rails in season 2. Yes, lots has to be cut for the sake of brevity, but it quickly became a shitty ripoff of the original instead of an adaptation.
