I just watch food videos while I eat. Like, when Im eating my crappy 50-cent ramen, Ill watch a Michelinstar chef prepare a three-course meal.

it’s better to focus on the food you’re eating than on some form of entertainment. helps you appreciate the meal more and it helps prevent overeating
