Pull Push Legs This feels like the most optimised of the three. Pull day is affected only once a week, as opposed to twice a week for the other two routines.
Agree, pull push legs makes the most sense. That said, once you get to a certain level of strength, deadlifting twice per week just may not make sense anymore no matter what you do.
I don’t deadlift twice a week. On first leg day, I squat and romanian deallift. On the second, I do deadlift and light squats/lunges.
Seems like deadlifting and RDLing on the same day might solve your issue
Will I be able to perform in the second lift of the day? RDL after deadlift sounds gruelling
