Get your hands on a thermal or infrared scope to locate the bunker exhaust vent and block that up and wait for them to come out.

They probably went with the cheapest contractor, which means the intake vents won’t be too far away. Just one more set of holes that provide a guilt-free place to pour any kind of waste.

…of course there’s a questionable political ruling class involved somewhere along the lines too, but they also tend to be fairly well off, leaving them with a conflict of interest so old that Plato pointed it out.
Poor people can be “bad” or “good”, but if you are rich enough for personal apocalypse bunkers you are definitely a baddie
Nah, bury them in anonymous graves, otherwise you’re just creating monuments not unlike the Egyptian pyramids.
