I get and share the mtx hate, but playing devil’s advocate the mtx in this game are not different than in all the other Capcom games (including it’s predecessor). I haven’t played nor followed this game, but looking at the game’s subreddit tells me the actual fans of this franchise don’t really care about these mtxs, as they don’t impact gameplay and you can get what they offer just playing the game without grinding
