Barcelona have had trouble registering players that they had signed in the past. After using all their “levers” recently and mortgaging their future income I honestly doubt their financials are in a better shape now. If they want to sign and register Williams, they need to move on some other high earners. Maybe they can find someone willing to take ter Stegen off their balance sheet now that they have a cheaper keeper?
