    It’s always a bit funny to me when people make these videos on YouTube (since it’s owned by Google).

    Degoogling in my book involves blocking all their domains and/or IP addresses at the network level rendering websites like YouTube inoperable.

      To be fair, how are you going to reach the people that are Googled into eventually going to something like Peertube if they’re tied up to Google still?

      This is just silly. YouTube can become just another data source for the savy self-hoster. IPs intact and everything.
