It’s not even like you’re enjoying whatever thing you’re procrastinating with either because you’re sitting there the entire time agonizing over it. Just internally screaming at yourself to get up and do something,anything. Like you’re in the cockpit of a giant robot and the controls just quit on you.
I’m sure the ADHD will ensure motion, regardless of one’s intent, thus there really is no problem in relishing sloth.

and this is why everyone needs a pet who will notice you doing nothing important and scream at you to give them attention
