A playlist where anyone can join and listen whether it is Android or IOS, or from Windows, Linux etc. It has to have collaborativr option so other can add too?
Not a playlist per se but Datafruits.fm is a cooperative online radio station
I remember some time ago someone on here had created a site that allowed you to sign up for a time slot to DJ from their site with your own playlist. People could also write in to the DJ currently on and request songs as well.
There is also Funkwhale that allows you to share your collection and listen to others that choose to share as well.

Sounds like a radio station where there community submits songs
I tend to just share lists, and if they can’t be bothered to look the song up then their loss
There used to be one called Turntable.fm, but it shut down a while ago. Not a playlist, but like a live DJ thing. Maybe there’s something like that around.
