This is just talking about games approved through Valve’s verification process. There are a lot of games that work that are “unverified”, not to mention the entire history of gaming available through emulation.

If you think switching from handheld to dock and back is the same experience with switch and deck then you haven’t tried both.
Again, I love my deck. But it has a lot of quirks to deal with the switch simply doesn’t. The “verifying installation” bug is still an ongoing issue for people taking it out of their homes and swapping between gaming/desktop mode is still very clunky and unreliable. It’s a great machine I use it almost daily while my switch collects dust, but the switch is by far the more seamless/stable experience.
I don’t know what to tell ya, im sorry your experience is so buggy. My 7 year old child has been able to walk around and it enjoy it like a switch, thats literally all that matters to me. Lots of other people like to complain and it say its not stable at all, and thats just simply not true either.
