If it’s just for this one model, you could always order from people who do have printers.
There are a few 3D Printing Services like Shapeways and Protolabs (those are the ones i found quickly I’ve never used them and don’t know whether they are actually good or not)
I thought about that but then I realized there is no source file for this project. I’ll try to recreate it with parts I have on hand. Seems like a cool project to do in spare time.
