Ignorance is bliss. And mainstream media creates ignorance. That might explain why a good portion of the European population still feels blissfully cared for...
Buzzwords, like „You wont believe what happened“ or „Greens telling propaganda, but then instant karma happened“
Dude with alleged „Dr. Title“
Talking about how the Public Media is „wrong“ and „you will see the truth only on my unknown youtube video
And this video checks all 3 boxes for me
Also, if youre actually a doc, and you uncovered Propaganda, write a fucking paper about it, publish it in media, or whatever. Youtube is the least trusted place to publish stuff like this
Have you actually listened to the video? Is there anything untrue that was said? Do you have anything substantial to criticize? Could you please engage with the content?
This video is not clickbait and has nothing to do with with the AfD. It is a serious critical discussion of the role of media in fabrication of war propaganda on behalf of western governments. It accurately decribes and analyzes how war propaganda is conveyed through deliberate choices of language, exclusion and marginalization of contrary voices, and how this propaganda has and continues to be produced by the mainstream media to support the government’s official narrative and agenda. The video talks about how the media covered various wars such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Yugoslavia, etc.
Sorry for the late comment but I’m new and get to go through all the old stuff.
I fully agree and would like to add that there are also different levels of reading comprehension and dismissing video content entirely is hugely ableist because some people cant read or read properly, cant use a screen reader etc.
So there imo are a lot of different possible issues here:
especially the german government hands out “media literacy advice” on how to spot “fake news”. That happened with covid and now people might be stuck with these ideas. Of course if that is the case, the person would probably have a better time only engaging with what they can understand and not try to engage stuff without even watching the content.
the content here (as a noob) is like waking up in the plot of the matrix. I’m cross checking stuff sometimes because for nearly 40 years I thought western media “wasnt allowed to lie”. I have huge issues with my neighbors when I tell them of my own experiences with government malfeasance. They snap react with " bullshit, we have laws for that." That is the level of brainrot here.
Im any case, I’m glad I found this and that people are in fact trying to make things better. Thanks. :)
Telltale Signs of AfD Propaganda

Then go and put it into a fucking Article or a Paper instead of making a youtube video
What is the point of attacking the format? Listen to the video and engage in a substantive discussion or stop wasting everyone’s time.
Also, there have been plenty of articles and papers and books written about this stuff. Have you read any of them?
Maybe this is a way to reach a broader audience than discussing these things in niche academic papers that no one reads.
ah yes, publish it into a paper that just a handful of people will ever read instead of an YouTube video that can be accessed by millions instantly.
