Which over decades, it has been proven, no they do not. They left it wayyy too late in the term to do it. If you leave anything to the last minute, you have no margin for error. What’s your excuses for why it was fine to leave it until last minute?

Its in the rules. Dems got embarrassed because they assumed Republicans would play fairly. Which over decades, it has been proven, no they do not.
