You put the wrong people out the window in the meme.
I did it both ways, but I wanted to post the more positive version.
So your artistic process is just to exhaust a given space of all possible permutations and allow memespace to ignore the shitty ones and amplify the good ones?
Typically it takes two or three tries until I’m happy to publish a new meme. And with all the discussions here, it’s easy to come up with new ideas.
I heard an adage once along the lines of:
I must have become one of the greats because I have been taking thousands of photos a week for months and haven’t published a single fucking one
And brother let me tell ya I am on the very edge of my seat waiting for your first picture to drop 'cause that shit’s gonna be straight fire 🔥
stopityou’remakingitWORSE
Well as it turns out I did publish a photo today and this is it.
But the point of the meme is that the reasonable opinion gets thrown out the window so that just the worst people are left in the company.
With that in mind and the context you posted it, the first doesn’t make sense but the second does.
But the negative one actually makes sense.
Sadly true
Definitely a template issue. If the focus is the legal action being wrong, yet used, it should be the meme template where the guy becomes employee of the month instead of getting the YEET of the month
