I fear the real numbers will be like post-war Soviet Union. 20-25% of Gaza dead in the following years and many more crippled physically and mentally. Israel is erasing a culture.

That is taking into account the Lancet’s estimate of 186k by military violence earlier this July and estimating further indirect deaths due to disease and starvation based on previous conflicts of total war against civilians.
