    We’ve got so much natural shit growing around our house. Wildflowers and trees and things. Really beautiful. Bees around all season. Love watching them on the flowers.

    Ounce an old man came by and suggested we mow all them weeds down.

    What the fuck is wrong with people.

    Like ya way better your way guy. Sitting on a riding mower 8 hrs a day going in circles over your perfectly cut lawn. One sad potted flower wilting on the porch. No bees in sight.

    So yes big downgrade.

      That’s all I wanted. There’s a ton of really cool birds and wildlife on this lake, so I’d love to keep their environment as natural as possible.

      Also, the yard back there is mostly full of big ol goose turds, so it’s barely even usable for playing with the kids or anything. I’m no ecologist, but everything I’ve read suggests that natural growth would cut down on that more than buzz-cut grass, but sadly I don’t get a choice about it.
