How the hell would they even enforce this? (Let alone, why would they care to?)

If for some random reason, an officer found that you had more than three dildos in your possession, couldn’t you claim that you’re borrowing or holding onto the extra from/for a friend or friends?
the assumption is the same for drugs over x quantity. youre attempting to distribute something they do not like.
texas is into hardcore sex regulation. its the reason for homophobia, anti-trans and all manner of sex-positive industries.
