@plactagonic I’ve made wine from multiple fruits before, the part with the hops was most interesting to me.
@plactagonic Care to share the recipe? Sounds great, especially since I know some folks who can’t take in gluten.

Nervig. Dabei hab ich die Verbindungen bis zum Keg alle mit Starsan eingesprüht, da kommen keine Blasen. Und testweise hab ich Gas ans Fass angelegt, da reichten ganz wenig psi, um Bewegung in die Flüssigkeit zu bekommen.
Schräg.
