Who is that?

A drawn version of that exact photo is the cover image of my professor’s book on the history of human confinement (mainly camps). It briefly covers the “Uyghur situation” as well and it’s not great.

Really looking forward to the new PSAs about land mines that are going to come out in the next decade. Super cool, Europe.
