We literally don’t know how much is being censored on reddit because mods can remove anything they want without leaving evidence.

I really wish people like you could just have their mouths taped shut and their fingers glued together.

kayky@thelemmy.clubto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Everyone talks about the 4th dimension, BUT why is 3D geometry so hard for the average person compared to 2D ?2·8 days agoGood luck.
Keep in mind there’s no way to rush hours. Whenever you’re learning something, you can ask yourself roughly how many hours you’ve spent on it. That should reflect your skill and there’s no way around it.
kayky@thelemmy.clubto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Everyone talks about the 4th dimension, BUT why is 3D geometry so hard for the average person compared to 2D ?2·8 days agoAn argument could be said that 3D space is infinitely more complex than 2D space.
As with most things, skill comes with practice. It’s not really worth forcing people to learn something that has a low likelihood of being relevant to their lives, but simple exposure to something like Blender or Godot would be great for making more people familiar with 3D software.
It takes power away from the hands of corporations.
Sorry you got suckered into choosing bluesky over Mastodon. Hopefully you’ll learn one day.

kayky@thelemmy.clubBanned from communityto politics @lemmy.world•Sanders Introduces No War Against Iran Act42·8 days agoWhy?
There are enough Democrats to bring it to a vote.
You’re not telling me… democrats support the genocide too? 😱

Really shows how stupid the average American is, but I don’t just blame republicans. Democrats were happy to do everything they can to ensure we fight a culture war instead of a class war. Liberals banning everyone they disagree with from online discussions only served to accelerate the schism. It pushed indoctrinated people even further down their rabbit holes and created an internet that mirrors the city-rural divide.

Jurors are going to have to take on the role of judges to combat how corrupt our system is.

Smart people hate them because they support the ruling class, dumb people hate them because they disagree on the culture war.

They want workers to spend as much of their own time and money on training themselves.
It’s part of why we care so much about ‘education’ in the first place; that way employers don’t have to pay for the training.

Shouldn’t it be easy for staff to identify he has drugs and punish him accordingly?
Or is he getting even more special treatment in prison because of his wealth and status?
Your misunderstanding comes from the type and amount of people that needed to have that knowledge.
For example, we don’t need to know about ballistics to use a gun.
Do you have a source for this? I’m genuinely curious, considering Newton didn’t show up until the 17th century.
