that makes sense. Honestly, I don’t think it’s really possible to get a perfectly fair system of democracy as everyone has different opinions, making it really difficult to make everyone happy. Nothing is perfect and humans are greedy, unfortunately
Hi, I’m sbird! I like to make all sorts of things!
that makes sense. Honestly, I don’t think it’s really possible to get a perfectly fair system of democracy as everyone has different opinions, making it really difficult to make everyone happy. Nothing is perfect and humans are greedy, unfortunately
yeah, voting on the actual policies and laws rather than the people in charge might be more fair.
fair enough
I would say that’s a good definition
yeah, the Q1 Pro looks like a banger value as an affordable enclosed CoreXY printer
I haven’t used the Qidi Q1 Pro before, but what I will add is that I have the A1 and it works quite well. The Bambu Lab restriction on third-party access can be mitigated by using LAN mode + Tailscale. It printe very fast, and AMS works well, and I’m pretty happy with it.
That being said, the Qidi Q1 Pro does seem like an excellent value and I would encourage you to check out more reviews of it, seems like a crazy good value on paper.
woah that’s a lot!
that looks pretty cool
yeah they do have the option to redirect fandom links :D
redirects links to alternative clients/frontends. for example, redirecting youtube links to go to invidious, piped, freetube, etc.
prices are not dynamic unfortunately, I just searched the prices on either the brand’s website or a relevant retailer (Amazon, B&H Photo, Crutchfield, etc.)
Wirecutter I’ve heard of, they at least seem more trustworthy than other reviewers that base their picks on what gives them the most affiliate revenue.
I would say Wirecutter does best when reviewing things like bed sheets and hair dryers (typical everyday stuff). Things like audio I would rather watch a dedicated reviewer over Wirecutter.
Also, keep in mind that Wirecutter does use affiliate links, so make sure to see other reviews as well :)
yk, fair enough. if you like it, that’s fine by me
yep, the app is SLOW
I’ve tried tuta before. It seems pretty okay, but it doesn’t support IMAP meaning you have to use their app, and (at least for me) it was SLOW.
I personally use disroot, but there’s loads of other options, like mailfence seems like a decent alternative. Just pick one that supports IMAP
i appreciate your attempt :)
for me:
that’s true
still pretty interesting though
maybe it’s due to the inherent human“us vs them” mentality. the “us vs them” thing really causes a lot of problems :<
