Doesn’t Look Like An Alien To Me 👽
You’d be surprised by how many species in Trek are just strait up humans. That’s not even accounting for the 18ish Progenitor offspring groups.
We got all sorts of aliens in trek. We got humans with weird ears. Humans with spots. Humans with weird foreheads. Humans with weird big ears. We even have human robots.
Don’t forget Humans with perfectly Human features, but aren’t human.

I read a book a while ago called The Annotated Chronicles that included a “boot scene” and the margins included a note from one of the authors about how Kirk inspired the idea. I hadn’t seen Star Trek, nor did I know anything about it, so I didn’t get the reference until just now. Your meme just resolved a 15-year gap in knowledge for me.
